From December 13, Smite holds a new adventure mode: Odin’s Onslaught. The battles take place on a mini-map. At the start, the players are placed on its edges. Players then move inland and clear the jungle from enemies and various creatures.

The match involves five teams, with two players each. At the start, the player has 3,000 gold. Players earn gold for defeating opponents, capturing trophies, and killing monsters. You can earn a maximum of 35,000 gold.

The new mode features four zones for battles:

  • Alfheim (The Overworld): the autumnal home of elves;
  • Jotunheim (The Overworld): the wintry home of giants;
  • Midgard (The Overworld): the temperate realm of man;
  • Naströnd (The Underworld): the shore of corpses in Helheim.

According to the developers, due to technical issues or clear gameplay advantages, there are characters and items that cannot be selected in Odin’s Onslaught. These include the gods Aphrodite, Cliodna, Jormungandr, Janus, Jing Wei, Morrigan, Heimdallr, Persephone, as well as the items Hand of the Gods, Eye of the Jungle, Protector of the Jungle, etc.

SMITE night in the next 6 weeks will also be dedicated to a new adventure.
